Soldiers & Sailors hosts “Cocktails & Camaraderie” Over 21 Evening

PITTSBURGH — Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hall & Museum Trust, Inc. today announced that it will host its first ever “Cocktails & Camaraderie,” an over 21 event, on Friday, April 8, 2016, from 6-8 pm. So, gather your family and comrades and join us for a unique experience.
“Soldiers & Sailors is offering a special way to enjoy our historic memorial for the over 21 crowd,” said President & CEO John F. McCabe. “Guests will enjoy a rare opportunity to experience the sights and sounds of past generations, as we take you back in time through American history at our first ever Museum Comes Alive happy hour event.”
The evening begins with vintage music and cocktails that were popular during the eras of various conflicts, including the Civil War, WWII, Korea, and Vietnam. Experience real life displays in an interactive settings, visit our M.A.S.H. tent, “The Swamp” display, including a still (non-working, of course), and see some rare and authentic artifacts on display for this night only!
Entry fee is $5 and includes complimentary appetizers. Cash bars will feature beers from Veteran owned Shubrew of Zelienople, PA, a craft brewer.
